Through this 8 week course, students will explore the concepts of excelling in personal training. Learn the secrets to understanding the industry and even how to start a successful personal training business. Students will learn the following course objectives: -Apply the foundational concepts of fitness. -Extensively define the importance and role of a personal trainer. -Understand the different methods of training and their effects. -Explore career paths in fitness, health and wellness. Class sessions will be held at the Cahill Recreational Center in Baltimore, MD. All course material and resource information will be provided upon registration.
